About Gamble Creek Farm

Hi, I’m Nicole — welcome to Gamble Creek Farm.

I’m a wife, mum, teacher, home cook and Thermomix® consultant with a growing passion for making everyday life a little simpler, healthier and more intentional.

Over the past few years, I’ve changed the way I think about food. I’ve become much more interested in cooking from scratch, using real ingredients and finding practical ways to rely less on highly processed convenience foods — without spending hours in the kitchen.

Because, like most people, life is busy!

That’s where my Thermomix® became such a useful part of my kitchen. What started as a way to make everyday cooking easier has turned into a bit of an adventure — learning how much I can make myself, experimenting with homemade pantry staples, finding ways to save time and money, and discovering features of my TM7 that I didn’t even know existed.

So, why Gamble Creek Farm?

Gamble Creek Farm is about more than a Thermomix.

The name represents something my family and I are working towards — creating our own little piece of country life.

For now, this is where I’ll share the journey as it unfolds: good food, cooking from scratch, practical ways to save time and money, Thermomix tips and recipes, and the plans and projects that will eventually turn Gamble Creek Farm into something much bigger.

As our farm journey progresses, I hope this space grows with us — from the planning and learning stages through to projects, animals, growing food and everyday farm life.

You’re joining us right at the beginning.

A little about my Thermomix® journey

I started with a TM6 and loved how much easier it made cooking from scratch. When the TM7 arrived, I decided to upgrade — and eventually took another step and became a Thermomix® consultant.

I’m still learning too, and that’s part of why I created this space. I want to share what I discover rather than pretend I know everything already.

If you’re considering a Thermomix®, want to see a TM7 in action or simply have a question, you’re always welcome to get in touch.
