Fresh from my kitchen — recipes, homemade swaps, Thermomix tips and simple ideas for making everyday cooking easier.
Hi, I’m Nicole
I’m a busy teacher, wife and mum who loves finding simpler ways to make real food at home. After discovering how much easier my Thermomix made cooking from scratch, I decided to become a Thermomix consultant and share what I’ve learnt with others.
At Gamble Creek Farm, I’ll share the recipes, tips and everyday shortcuts I actually use — with a focus on saving time, reducing food costs and making more food from scratch.
